Job description

Job Summary:
PIPESTONE is looking for a skilled IT Technical Project Manager to lead innovative technology projects that drive business success. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, defining scope and budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives (applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, integrations, and more)
• Defining scope, timelines, budgets, and success criteria
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
• Monitoring progress and proactively managing risks, scope, and resources
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals
• Build project cost estimates and budgets (hardware, software, labor, vendors)
• Develop business cases and support project approvals
• Track project spend and manage financial performance
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements
• Help define solution designs, workflows, and implementation plans
• Ensure solutions align with security, architecture, and operational needs
• Act as the key link between IT, business teams, and vendors
• Lead meetings, communicate progress, and manage expectations
• Drive accountability and successful outcomes across all stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Strong background in budgets, cost estimates, and technical requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Preferred:
• Exposure to ERP, Microsoft technologies, cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity
