Work Environment

This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth capabilities to reach clients in the Lansdale, Pennsylvania area and beyond. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify patient needs, establish treatment goals, and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, to facilitate client healing and growth.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, including clinical documentation and progress notes, adhering to organizational policies and state regulations.
• Communicating proactively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services, sharing insights about client progress and emerging concerns.
• Providing crisis intervention as necessary, employing effective de-escalation strategies to support clients during critical moments.
• Involving family members and support systems in treatment planning and discharge processes, fostering a holistic approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. This role emphasizes cultural competency and sensitivity, ensuring that services are tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client. Your efforts will play a critical role in promoting mental wellness and improving patient outcomes across the community.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in the mental health field, providing direct services to clients.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills and a self-directed approach to managing your workload.
• Proficient in digital communication and documentation tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling, as well as familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, can enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will benefit from:
