Job Summary

Specific job duties may include:

- Collecting/delivering incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Covering the front desk during business hours and serving as the receptionist; supervising receptionist interns

- Providing assistance to callers and visitors to the office, assisting Pinnacle employees with administrative needs including ordering supplies, managing the breakroom, and planning and supporting company events.

- Will also run errands to purchase supplies, go to the Post Office, or make other local trips as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Helpful, service-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, especially email and calendar
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Friendly and personable demeanor
- Willingness to help others with novel or unique needs that may arise
- Prior experience serving in an administrative capacity and/or providing customer service
