  • Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions that address a spectrum of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s unique situation.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions that provide clients a supportive community atmosphere to share experiences and learn from one another, promoting psychoeducation and collective healing.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, consistently reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress and feedback.

  • Maintain meticulous client records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily serve individuals in the detoxification process, which presents unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing substance use disorders, often in various stages of recovery, requiring a specialized approach to treatment. The focus will be on aiding these individuals in building coping skills, understanding their mental health issues, and connecting them with opportunities for long-term recovery.

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services, specifically in addiction or mental health settings.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and compassionately.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, ensuring equitable treatment for all clients.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, demonstrating a desire to stay informed on best practices and evolving methodologies in social work.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a client-centered approach, striving to create a trusting and therapeutic environment.
  • Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working specifically in detox or addiction recovery environments.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, enhancing client care through integrated approaches.
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
