Job description
We are a hunting and shooting manufactures sales representative group seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team!
The dedicated territory for this position includes Tennessee and other territories.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Position requires weekly travel in the territory making regular in person visits to dealer locations
- During dealer visits take inventory levels of products and make suggestions of products to add
- Resolve dealer questions and offer solutions to drive revenue
- Set follow-up appointments to keep dealers aware of latest developments
- Attend dealer events as well as distributor events and shows
- Travel to national shows and sales meetings throughout the year is required
Qualifications:
- Previous sales and customer service experience in the shooting sports, outdoor or hunting industry, preferred, however not required to apply if from other related fields
- Ability to develop strong relationships with dealers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
