Job description
Project Engineer:
Coordinate with the supplier and the OEM teams regarding the gear components and Powertrain.
Resolve production issues such as flashing powertrain ECUs, gear fatigue failures.
Use the concepts of gear component validation and manufacturing concepts in day-to-day work while inspecting the parts before delivery.
Work on CANalyzer software to inspect and trouble shoot communication related issues on the Powertrain module.
Test the performance of the component for other engineers to implement on different stages of product validation.
Will involve in work flow meetings to keep track pf progress and address any potential road blocks following Agile frame work.
Primary worksite is Farmington Hills MI but relocation possible.
Req: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering or related field, and Must complete graduate courses each in Powertrain and Advanced Engineering Analysis.
