Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, discussing their background and current concerns to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting approaches to meet each client's unique circumstances and psychological needs.
• Document all client interactions and progress accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, critiquing and refining care plans based on continual clinical evaluation.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of the latest research in mental health and effective therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community health or rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits
