What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
Clean Driving Record (Motor Vehicle Record Check Required)
Ability to Complete Driver Safety Training Upon Hire
Comfortable Assisting Residents with Mobility Needs, Including Wheelchair Transportation
Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
Dependable, Patient, and Safety-Focused Mindset

What You'll Do:

• Transport residents to medical appointments, treatments, and community outings
• Assist residents in a safe, courteous, and compassionate manner
• Provide support for wheelchair-bound, semi-ambulatory, and non-ambulatory residents
• Coordinate transportation schedules and return pick-ups
• Maintain fleet vehicles and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles while following all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain transportation records and resident documentation as needed
• Support special events that may require transportation assistance during evenings or weekends
