Job Description Material Handler We are currently in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Material Handler. This presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to embrace fresh challenges and make a meaningful contribution to the ongoing success of our company. Responsibilities: As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, blended materials, and components throughout the production cycle.

Key responsibilities include: Raw Material Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and perform data entry to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials. Support Machine Operators: Assist machine operators by delivering necessary components to them promptly; staging materials for blending and packaging. Inventory Control: Maintain proper inventory levels of components, ensuring accuracy and availability.

Resource Management: Manage material resources to prevent production delays; receive shipments in. Employee Management: Directly oversee the daily activities of shipping and receiving staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications/Job Requirements: Equipment Operation: Previous experience operating hi-lo and forklift equipment.

Self-Motivated: Proactively identifies work that needs to be done, takes the initiative to address challenges, and consistently strives to meet and exceed performance expectations. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and material handling.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems for tracking and documenting inventory.
