Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a flexible work schedule tailored to your preferences, enabling you to determine the number of clients you serve and the hours you work.
• Utilize our comprehensive marketing support to effectively grow your caseload while acquiring new clients, ensuring sustainable practice growth.
• Provide live, personalized support to both clinicians and clients, thereby simplifying the complex processes of seeking and delivering mental health care.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits using automated systems, ensuring that clients can access services without unnecessary delays and with confidence in their coverage.
• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on serving a varying spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Given the nature of telehealth, you have the unique opportunity to interact with clients from different backgrounds and geographical locations, meeting them where they are in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license within the state of California.
• Demonstrated ability in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to provide personalized, effective care that addresses the unique needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in a private practice or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate service delivery and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
