Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a personalized schedule for client appointments to allow for flexibility and to optimize your work-life balance.
• Utilize marketing strategies and engage in continuous learning to expand your caseload and reach, enhancing your practice's visibility in the mental health community.
• Provide direct, live support to clients and fellow clinicians, streamlining the therapy process and facilitating the best possible care for clients seeking assistance.
• Leverage innovative tools to verify client insurance benefits automatically, ensuring that there are no delays in accessing crucial mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary focus will be on providing high-quality therapy to a diverse client population. You will work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. Our benefits package includes:
