Now Hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW) – Pathlight Community Services – Ypsilanti amp; Ann Arbor Locations

We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor locations.

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.13/hour, with an increase to $17.33/hour after completing training.

Position Availability:

• Several part-time positions available for ALL shifts (8a-4p), (4p-12a), (12a-8a).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
