The Opportunity
Flywheel is seeking a Art Director to craft strategic storytelling and compelling design solutions that drive commerce for our clients. Reporting into the Group Creative Director and Senior Art Director, you'll be a hands-on creative contributor bringing concepts to life while growing your skills across a full range of mediums. You'll be a source for fresh and innovative ideas for every brief, tactic, key visual and conversation. This is an ideal role for a designer with 1-3 years of experience who's hungry to grow, comfortable pushing outside their comfort zone, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
• Execute 360 Creative: Bring innovative design solutions and concepts to life across all mediums and platforms (including key visual evolution, retail displays, off-and-on premise tactics, social/digital, and beyond). Develop visual materials required for effective client presentation.
• Collaborate & Brainstorm: Participate actively in ideation sessions and contribute conceptual thinking alongside execution. Be developing the confidence to push thinking while creatively solving client challenges.
• Work Independently & With Teams: Handle projects with autonomy while collaborating closely with the creative team, Account, and Strategy partners
• Embrace Feedback: Take direction well, iterate quickly, and use feedback as fuel for growth (in the work and your own ability)
• Be A Flexible Problem-Solver: Tackle design challenges creatively, adapt to changing priorities, and help wherever you're needed
• Learn & Evolve: Grow your design skills proactively and under mentorship-including exposure to our AI tools and emerging design technologies
Who you are:
• 1-3 years of design experience
• Advanced understanding of Adobe Creative
• Strong foundational design skills with ability to execute across multiple tactics
• Portfolio demonstrating 360 degree campaign thinking and execution
• Strong hands-on execution ability paired with conceptual thinking
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset and comfort in fast-paced environments
• Hunger to learn and grow-excited about feedback, willing to push outside your comfort zone, and genuinely passionate about design
• Flexibility and problem-solving mindset
• AI tool curiosity is a plus-no prior experience needed, just willingness to learn

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.

$65,000 - $75,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
