Daily Responsibilities:
- Writing clean, scalable & efficient code.
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Creating middleware for the new integrations.
- Optimizing performance of applications for full-scale production deployments.
- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance.
- Interacting with clients' engineering teams.
Required Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Node.js developer
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience with the Hapi framework
- Front end development experience with React, Hooks and micro frontends
- Understanding of asynchronous development and data security principles
- In-depth understanding of data structures and other computer science fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies
- Must have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
Preferred Experience:
- Some experience with Typescript, Vue and Redux
- Experience with Docker and Cloud infrastructure
Education Required:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
