Work EnvironmentThis role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to contribute to the well-being of clients without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Interaction with colleagues and clients is facilitated through advanced online communication tools, ensuring that all team members stay connected while working from the comfort of their homes. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent routine to support your work-life balance.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary focus will be individuals grappling with emotional distress due to substance addiction, trauma, or mental health crises. Your ability to approach each case with cultural sensitivity and empathy will enable you to build strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and cooperation with clients from varied backgrounds and life experiences.
