Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to each client's unique situations and challenges.
• Monitor the progress of clients through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Provide therapeutic sessions through telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to empower clients in managing their conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources and coping strategies for improved overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the overall development of best practices in client care.

The LPC will serve a varied client population with diverse backgrounds, focusing on individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling effective workload prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a remote environment and adapt to new telehealth technologies.
• Commitment to upholding ethical practices and adherence to all federal and state regulations regarding mental health services.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and families in an early intervention context.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices related to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 60,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
