Position Overview

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling you to engage with clients through telehealth platforms from anywhere in California. Your role will include regular teamwork interactions to ensure comprehensive care is provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 100% telehealth therapy services, utilizing video conferencing tools to conduct individual and family sessions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ unique needs, developing and adjusting treatment plans as required.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their families to offer continuous support and adapt therapeutic strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to discuss treatment approaches and client progress during regular meetings, thus ensuring coordinated care.
  • Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment notes meticulously in our electronic health record system, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and in-house policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing support to children, adolescents, and young adults facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. You will work closely with families to facilitate understanding and enhance relationships, using a combination of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, with the ability to practice independently.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy specifically focused on young clients, such as children and teenagers.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in delivering various Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods via telehealth platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in treating pediatric populations with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
  • A collaborative spirit and proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
