Work Environment

This is a full-time, remote position primarily focused on providing services to clients at our detox center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Offer direct clinical services through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists to ensure comprehensive client support and to streamline treatment effectively.
• Maintain meticulous records, including detailed client progress notes, treatment updates, and discharge plans that comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development to refine clinical skills and keep abreast of best practices in mental health and addiction treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients at various stages of substance use recovery, including those undergoing detoxification and transitioning into outpatient services. You will use your expertise to help clients overcome barriers to change and support them through the complexities associated with addiction and mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with a focus on addiction treatment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of treatment modalities and approaches tailored to individuals suffering from substance use disorders and associated mental health issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with the latest clinical practices and protocols for detoxification and addiction recovery.
• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team, enhancing the treatment experience through collaboration.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to accurately document and monitor client progress.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
