Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs, challenges, and strengths, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to support clients in reaching their treatment goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide holistic care and develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and necessary adjustments to ensure continuity and clarity in care.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, engaging in productive feedback and discussions to enhance your clinical skills and professional development.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the delivery of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Optimize Recovery Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy practices and online client engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Background in working with vulnerable populations or individuals in crisis.

Compensation and Benefits
