This job is primarily responsible for working on the sales floor and recommending vehicles to customers based on their needs and interests.

Summary:
This job is primarily responsible for working on the sales floor and recommending vehicles to customers based on their needs and interests.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contact customers and prospective customers to solicit sales.
- Recommend vehicles to customers based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about vehicles, prices, and availability.
- Verify customer and order information for correctness, verify against previously obtained information if necessary.
- Obtain and verify customers' names, addresses, product information, VIN numbers, and vehicle specifications on deal sales paperwork.
- Consult with customers after sales or deal completion to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Must obtain at least 50% of sale count positive customer reviews each month.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A valid Florida driver's license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
- High school diploma or equivalent .
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Passion for sales, self-motivated, strong communication skills.
- Sales and Customer Service experience- retail, hospitality, food service, insurance, real estate, etc. preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently.
