Your Responsibilities:

- Local Networking - Build relationships in the local business community to identify new business opportunities
- Become an Expert - Develop a deep understanding of Novatech's product and service offerings to better serve clients
- Relationship Building - Connect with key decision makers and C-suite leaders to drive sales and grow revenue
- Achieve Goals - Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue goals by managing your territory effectively

What You Bring to Novatech:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Must reside within the Plano, TX market or reasonable commuting distance to support the local territory
