This is your opportunity to join Novatech as a Sales Account Executive in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will represent a trusted and expanding company, helping local businesses optimize their technology environment and enhance performance.

What You Will Do
- Prospect and Develop New Business: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
- Manage the Sales Process: Use Novatech’s proven methods to build your pipeline, track activity, and forecast results.
- Engage the Community: Build relationships within the local business network to uncover opportunities.
- Deliver Value: Offer customized solutions by understanding client needs and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Connect with Decision-Makers: Present to business owners, executives, and IT leaders.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly targets within your defined territory.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Comfortable commuting to the Nashville office as needed
