The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative function to assure the company runs smoothly. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and Marketing (Social Media) activities.

Responsible for providing arrangements for clients, follow-up calls and vendors meetings and establishing a highly-efficient and effective office and internal operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all client and vendor accounts to ensure effective communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
• Handle administrative tasks such as file maintenance, answering the telephone, shipping packages/notices, and ordering inventory
• Organize meetings and maintain calendar of appointment on a shared Google calendar
• Create materials according to needs (client forms, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, etc.
• Assist with providing insight on new trends and Marketing approach for Executive Team
• Maintain and create posts for Social Media Accounts

Following up on tasks related to Executive Team decisions

• Handle other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of administrative experience
• Fashion Design, Real Estate, or Travel experience a plus
• English/Spanish a plus, but not necessary for the right candidate
• Must have excellent customer and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to successfully multi-task and collaborate with others
