Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional work atmosphere. At Noble Behavioral Health, we understand the importance of work-life balance; thus, you will be expected to work standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the severity and impact of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique needs, utilizing evidence-based frameworks like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Deliver therapeutic sessions that may include individual, family, or group therapy, adapting techniques to best serve the distinct circumstances of each client.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and provide actionable self-care strategies to enhance their well-being.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment strategies, ensuring optimal paths to recovery and sustained mental health.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to coordinate care and address complex case dynamics.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights based on evidence and peer discussions to better patient outcomes.
• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, working towards reducing stigma associated with mood disorders in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our practice values a holistic approach to care, ensuring that each client's unique history, preferences, and goals shape their treatment course. You will engage with a diverse population, requiring a deep commitment to understanding and addressing cultural differences and personal experiences in mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Expertise in therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, with a strong foundation in current psychopharmacological practices.
• Demonstrated success in treating mood disorders, with a robust understanding of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and secure client documentation.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
