Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position where you will operate primarily out of your home office, offering you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Adhering to standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you can enjoy the convenience of cloud-based therapy tools that facilitate smooth interactions and documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique background, needs, and mental health challenges.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, addressing complex cases and sharing insights to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and unencumbered licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrable knowledge of solution-based therapy techniques, allowing for individualized and effective treatment approaches.
