Assistant Regional Nurse - Assisted Living
NHC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Regional Nurse to support our Assisted Living division. In this role, you will partner with the Regional Nurse to provide administrative and clinical leadership across our communities in Tennessee, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Professional experience in geriatrics and nursing administration
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in:
    • Nursing administration
    • Clinical practice
    • Staff engagement and development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel regularly across multiple states
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and implementing systems to enhance resident care and services
  • Support the development and achievement of company goals
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and effective problem-solving
  • Maintain clinical competency through the application of current nursing knowledge, skills, and leadership practices
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, residents, and families
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Assist in developing and mentoring leadership roles within individual communities
  • Conduct audits of clinical operations across multiple locations
