Job description
We're Hiring: Staffing Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our fast-paced staffing firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate onboarding, and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and office staff as needed
- Perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience; staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be fluent in both languages
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
