Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder | Full-Time

Shifts Available: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) 3 x 12 and every other weekend rotation
Pay: $38/hour - $42/hour + Shiff Diff

About Solero Behavioral Transitions

Solero Behavioral Transitions offers a safe, structured environment for adults managing substance use and mental health challenges. As a dual diagnosis outpatient program, we provide integrated treatment for individuals with primary substance use or mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conductovernight medical assessments and intake screeningsfor new admissions, including withdrawal risk, psychiatric stability, and safety concerns
  • Monitor client health, behavior, and detox status throughout the night,identifyingchanges in mental status, withdrawal symptoms, or medical emergencies
  • Administer scheduled and PRN medications during night hours, including psychotropic and detox-related medications, ensuring safe pain and symptom management
  • Respond to overnight medical and psychiatric crises,utilizingde-escalation techniques and coordinating with on-call providers as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical, psychiatric, and on-call medical staffto implement and adjust treatment plans based on overnight observations
  • Maintainaccurate,timelydocumentationof assessments, medication administration, incidents, and client progress in the EHR
  • Provide medication education and health guidanceto clients during night interactions and as needed for late admissions
  • Offer compassionate emotional support during overnight hours, including one-on-one check-ins, crisis intervention, and brief therapeutic or support groups when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Ohio
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Experience in mental health and/or addiction preferred
  • New Grads welcome
