Job description

Job description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland), and functional analyses as clinically indicated
  • Develop, monitor, and revise individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans grounded in the current research and BACB ethics code
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians and RBTs, including in-vivo observation, performance feedback, and competency development
  • Deliver caregiver training and coaching, building the family's capacity to generalize and maintain skills at home
  • Analyze data continuously and make responsive, defensible clinical decisions
  • Complete timely, audit-ready documentation: session notes, progress reports, reassessments, and treatment plan updates
  • Coordinate with schools, physicians, regional centers, and payers as part of the client's care team
  • Provide BACB-compliant supervision to trainees accruing fieldwork hours (if you want to — this is an option, not an obligation)
  • Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to a culture where hard cases get discussed openly, not carried alone

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of the BACB Ethics Code and California regulatory requirements

  • Reliable transportation, valid CA driver's license, and current auto insurance

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid sick time
  • Paid time off
  • Professional development assistance
  • Retirement plan
  • Vision insurance
