Job description

We are seeking a Staff Perfusionist (experienced or new graduate) to join our SpecialtyCare team in Albuquerque, New Mexico . This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our team of six (6) Perfusionists supporting three (3) talented surgeons. The adults only caseload includes a mix of case types and ECMO initiation. SpecialtyCare is the largest provider of perfusion services in the United States. With our national presence and local professionals, we support 1 in 8 of all heart surgeries in the country. Position Requirements
  • Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program, minimum required.
  • Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or you must obtain ABCP certification within two years of joining SpecialtyCare.
  • Ability to work on Call; must live within 30 minutes from the hospital

  • Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are essential.
  • Proven self-starter who works well independently and as a part of the OR team.
