Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will lead comprehensive care for our patients through the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to gauge therapeutic needs accurately.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each client has a clear path towards recovery.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions and records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, engaging in regular team meeting consultations to strategize patient care and broaden treatment perspectives.
  • Participate in case reviews and peer meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them to be active participants in their wellness journey.
  • Stay informed on recent research and developments in mental health to incorporate innovative techniques into treatment approaches, thereby enhancing client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals experiencing varying levels of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and chronic stress. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in providing significant therapeutic support to clients from all backgrounds, promoting their mental health and emotional well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation for practice.
  • A valid LCSW license to practice in Tennessee, affirming your professional capability to deliver mental health services.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical social work experience, equipping you with the practical skills and insights necessary to thrive in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
