Netsmart Values in Action Bold • Passionate • Relentless • Collaborative What You’ll Do As the RCM Regional Sales Advisory Executive – West, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic revenue cycle opportunities with large health systems, hospitals, IDNs, and enterprise provider organizations. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of RCM advisory and subscription service opportunities across the East region. • Leverage your established healthcare network to create new executive-level relationships and expand McBee’s market presence. • Engage CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, operational executives, and other C-suite stakeholders in consultative conversations around financial performance, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. • Position McBee’s RCM advisory, consulting, and subscription-based services as solutions to complex revenue cycle challenges. • Identify client pain points, assess business needs, and recommend solutions that align with organizational priorities. • Lead strategic sales pursuits from discovery through close, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, executive presentations, and contract negotiation. • Partner with internal subject matter experts, marketing, client success, and technical teams to develop compelling client solutions. • Support RFP responses and client proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Accurately forecast pipeline, manage deal progression, and consistently deliver against annual sales goals. • Expand relationships within existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities. • Stay informed on healthcare revenue cycle trends, market pressures, and margin improvement strategies impacting large providers.# What You’ll Bring## ## Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree.* 7+ years of experience selling healthcare technology, advisory, consulting, revenue cycle, or related professional services.* 4+ years of experience selling into large healthcare provider organizations, including health systems, hospitals, IDNs, Acute, Ambulatory, or enterprise healthcare environments.* Proven experience selling Revenue Cycle Management solutions, services, or advisory offerings.* Demonstrated success selling subscription-based services, recurring revenue models, or technology-enabled services within the RCM space.* Established network of contacts within large health systems, hospitals, IDNs, or enterprise provider organizations.* Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, financial performance improvement, margin improvement, and healthcare operational challenges.* Ability to build credibility with C-suite executives, CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, and operational stakeholders.* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment.* Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills.* Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, operations, consulting, and technical teams.* Willingness to travel up to 40%.## ## Preferred Qualifications* Experience selling RCM advisory, consulting, managed services, analytics, or technology-enabled solutions.* Experience working with or selling to large health systems in the East region.* Strong understanding of hospital and health system margin pressures, denial management, reimbursement, patient financial services, coding, billing, AR, and performance improvement opportunities.* Experience selling into CFO, VP Revenue Cycle, COO, CIO, or other senior executive decision-makers.* Demonstrated ability to convert an existing network into measurable pipeline and closed revenue.* Experience selling services that combine consulting expertise, operational improvement, and recurring/subscription-based delivery models.### ### What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders while consistently generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
