  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, while adapting your approach based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
  • Provide stellar customer service, supporting clients’ needs and fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a varied client base, including individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children. As an experienced therapist, you will draw on your understanding of diverse backgrounds and unique challenges faced by your clients, equipping them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting clients dealing with issues such as relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more, ultimately striving to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field.
  • Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Proven experience in clinical documentation, including conducting diagnosis assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Preferred Experience

  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries with clients.
  • Experience in fee collection processes and familiarity with managing diverse client needs and backgrounds.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo a background check.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Competitive and customizable compensation plan combined with an hourly pay structure that includes commissions on claims.
  • Robust wellness program and paid supervision, case consultation, and documentation time.
  • Unlimited time off policy, encompassing vacation, sick days, and holidays.
  • Options for medical insurance alongside 401k benefits for your future stability.
  • Reimbursement for clinical license renewal fees to support your ongoing professional development.
