Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based, ensuring each plan aligns with client goals.
• Deliver effective virtual therapy services using evidence-based approaches that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities as suited to each client’s requirements.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients to reassess their progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment outcomes to support continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD in California is required.

Compensation and Benefits
