Here in the HR sector, the Electrolux Group's people are our passion and priority. We plan and execute all aspects related to an employee's career, while also helping ensure that ethics, equal opportunity and diversity are not just theoretical concepts but implemented in everything we do. At the end of the day, our objective is to support the rest of Electrolux by having the right people in the right positions.
What you'll do:
As a People Partner - NoLA Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the company's human resources, ensuring the effective execution of all processes related to the area. This includes maintaining a team of qualified and well-trained personnel who contribute to the successful performance of their duties and are aligned with the organization's strategic planning to achieve its established goals.
On detail, you will:
Lead People & Communications activities across the NoLA cluster (12 countries), ensuring strategic alignment and operational execution;
Manage all core HR functions including payroll, social security, compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, training, development, internal communications, and labor law compliance across HR CoE and Business areas;
Guide and develop the HR team while driving innovation and change initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness;
Oversee HR budgets and labor cost control, ensuring alignment with forecasts and headcount plans for each country;
Foster a positive work environment through wellbeing programs, CSR initiatives, and occupational health and safety efforts.
Ensure timely reporting of local and corporate HR metrics and compliance with internal policies, environmental standards, and data security protocols;
Work in a matrix environment and bring best solutions balancing HR Policies and practices anb business needs.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience in HR management, working with high-potential teams.
Experience working in a matrix structure, with functional and operational reports and intercultural teams.
Experience with team development and implementation of succession/talent retention plans.
Advanced Office skills.
Advanced English.
Where you'll be:
You will be based in the Miamis Office. Located in Waterford Business District and the base of teams focused on shaping living for the better by bringing digital innovation and commitment to sustainability in all commercial processes.
