Work Environment

The work setting is onsite at our welcoming outpatient clinic, with a structured work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized treatment to patients by thoroughly assessing their needs and goals, creating individualized care plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, optimizing the time allocated to each individual to enhance care quality and improve outcomes.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to guide patients through rehabilitation processes that include specific techniques and modalities aimed at restoring functional mobility.
• Implement cost-effective treatment plans that emphasize non-surgical approaches to minimize reliance on medications.
• Encourage patients to commit to their treatment goals by providing emotional support and motivation along their rehabilitation journey.
• Continuous evaluation of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure improvement and address any challenges encountered.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy to provide the best possible care.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans with precision using EMR software, particularly Web PT, ensuring comprehensive patient records are maintained.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients of all ages, helping them regain strength, flexibility, and balance, and promote a healthy lifestyle by tailoring fitness and wellness programs to their unique needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license, free from any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and development of effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• A strong foundation in current research-backed techniques and methodologies in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic environment, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong patient relationships and instill trust.
• Experience in developing group wellness or fitness programs that promote community engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
