WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
  • Practice, support and promote the vision, mission, and values of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
  • Greet arriving guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, extending a warm welcome and helping.
  • Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring it is transported to and from their rooms promptly and safely.
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and special amenities, such as spa services, dining options, and casino offerings.
  • Escort guests to their rooms as needed, providing information about room features and amenities along the way.
