Your clientele will primarily consist of adults recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-focused care, with an emphasis on fostering therapeutic relationships that encourage patient engagement and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; however, a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
  • An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Experience with WebPT EMR is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing caseloads and delivering actionable treatment outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. We also provide an employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan to help secure your financial future.
