Work Environment

Working onsite at our rehabilitation center in Estero, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who work in harmony to provide comprehensive care to our patients. The facility is well-equipped with advanced therapy devices and a comfortable space designed to facilitate healing and recovery. Your regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify movement disorders and functional limitations.
  • Develop targeted treatment strategies with measurable goals that are tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Accurately document patient interactions, progress notes, and billing within the clinic’s guidelines and systems.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Maintain clinical productivity benchmarks while keeping abreast of the latest therapeutic practices in the field.
  • Engage in team meetings, contribute to in-service training, and assist in the development of new programs and protocols.
  • Ensure a safe clinical environment and participate in the maintenance of therapy equipment to uphold best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. This includes patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions that affect their mobility and daily living. Your compassionate approach will be essential in supporting patients as they navigate their recovery journey and regain independence.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
  • A commitment to employing a team-oriented approach while providing high-quality patient care.
  • Familiarity with WebPT EMR is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, specifically in an outpatient or orthopedic setting, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective patient treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
