Position Overview

Moonlight Therapy Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team in Riverside, California. This remote position offers the flexibility to engage with clients through telemedicine or in-person sessions, enhancing access to mental health care for diverse populations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality outpatient mental health services, contributing to our mission to provide transformative care to our patients.

About the Organization

At Moonlight Therapy Solutions, we are fueled by a profound commitment to revolutionizing healthcare and enhancing the well-being of our communities. Our vision embraces an innovative approach to health, where proactive partnerships shape a healthier future for patients, their families, and the broader community. We believe in the power of compassion, excellence, leadership, innovation, and agility. These core values empower every team member to contribute meaningfully toward better health outcomes.

Work Environment

This role is positioned within a Community Health Clinic setting, dedicated to outpatient care. Our work environment promotes collaboration and respect, allowing for personal and professional growth. Team members enjoy a supportive culture with transparent leadership, comprehensive benefits, and an unwavering dedication to maintaining a work/life balance. Moonlight Therapy Solutions offers newly designed and modern office spaces for in-person interactions, complemented by an emphasis on telemedicine to widen our reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, making diagnoses where necessary, and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health care using various clinical tools such as the DSM-5. Each assessment contributes to developing an individualized care plan tailored to meet the unique cultural and diverse needs of our clients.

  • Ongoing evaluation of patient progress is crucial; you will implement interventions and strategies aligned with their mental health diagnoses to facilitate improvement.

  • Accurate and timely maintenance of treatment records and clinical documentation is required, utilizing current technology in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

  • Collaborate effectively with patients and relevant stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive treatment plan addressing the needs and desired outcomes of our clients.

  • Develop and adjust treatment objectives in coordination with patients and their families, ensuring patient safety while addressing symptom reduction, and working cooperatively within a team to achieve collective goals.

  • Manage referrals and nurture strong relationships with other health professionals and agencies, facilitating seamless transitions into and out of different care settings.

  • Engage in mentorship opportunities, providing education and guidance to students, interns, and volunteers, thereby fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.

  • Participate in peer review processes, clinical collaboration discussions, and provide supportive mentoring, enriching the professional development of team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will engage with a diverse patient population seeking outpatient mental health services. Our clients range from children to seniors, and may present with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral health challenges. As a member of our team, you will utilize evidence-based practices to create inclusive care plans that respect each patient’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work is mandatory; candidates must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

  • We require a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to navigate complex cases and support diverse client needs.

  • Physical capabilities include the ability to stand, stoop, walk, bend, push, and lift up to 25 pounds. Our work environment is designed to minimize exposure to blood-borne pathogens.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient settings, with a focus on adult mental health care, is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with telehealth systems and tools is advantageous, allowing for effective remote care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

Moonlight Therapy Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, along with an appealing benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus and an opportunity for unlimited and uncapped earnings based on performance.

Career Growth Opportunities

This position presents numerous avenues for professional development through continuous learning and access to ongoing training programs. Team members are encouraged to pursue further education and expertise in specialized areas of interest, with support for attending conferences and training sessions relevant to their careers in mental health.

Why Join Our Team

At Moonlight Therapy Solutions, you will not only receive competitive compensation and benefits but also work within a collegial environment that values innovation and collaboration. Enjoy a flexible work schedule with a hybrid model that allows for telemedicine alongside in-person care. Experience the difference of being part of a team that prioritizes well-being, both for its patients and its staff, as we work together to elevate mental health care standards.
