Job Description:The client needs a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud builder to execute B2B lead nurture campaigns, lead scoring, segmentation, landing pages, and Sales Cloud integrations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Build automated, multi-step nurture journeys in SFMC
- Create audience segments using SQL and engagement data
- Implement lead scoring models and qualification logic
- Build responsive CloudPages, forms, and landing pages
- Align SFMC campaigns with Sales Cloud leads, contacts, and campaign flows
- Support third-party data enrichment integrations
- QA campaigns and suggest improvements to execution
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 3โ4 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Hands-on Journey Builder experience
- B2B marketing automation experience
- Lead nurture, lead scoring, and marketing-to-sales handoff experience
- SQL experience for audience querying and segmentation
- Ability to build campaigns soup-to-nuts from a brief
- Sales Cloud familiarity
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Web design or UX background
- Salesforce Data Cloud exposure
- Healthcare or health insurance experience
- ICHRA experience
- Experience in large enterprise or growth-stage environments
