Job description

We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Executive with a passion for women's health and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with physicians. This role requires exceptional business acumen, attention to detail, and a hunter mentality. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and engage prospective physician partners, assess their fit for Monarch's membership model, and confidently guide them through a thoughtful, consultative evaluation process. As a trusted advisor, they will support physicians through an important professional transition while delivering an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably selling to OB/GYNs, women's health specialists, or primary care physicians. They have a proven track record of developing long-term relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and earning the trust of physician leaders.

Success in this role requires someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and willing to accommodate physicians' schedules-including early mornings, evenings, lunch meetings, and after-clinic appointments. They take ownership of their territory, consistently generate new opportunities, and are energized by prospecting, networking, and building lasting partnerships.

This is a remote position with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and nationally for conferences, physician meetings, and company events. The ideal candidate enjoys representing Monarch in person and serving as a trusted face of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably selling to physicians.

  • Experience calling on OB/GYNs, women's health specialists, or primary care physicians strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success prospecting, developing, and closing new business.

  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to lead physicians through complex business decisions.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within territory and nationally for conferences and physician events.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
