Job description

Take on a Senior Manager role at Moderna, specializing in investigator site budgeting and contract negotiations. Your expertise in Grants Manager will drive efficient budget creation.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and directing site budgets across multiple clinical trials within different therapeutic areas. Reporting to the Director of Global Clinical Operations, you will collaborate closely with GCO stakeholders and CROs to ensure accurate budget management and timely site activation. Your financial insights will influence strategy while supporting compliance with internal and external benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct creation and oversight of clinical trial site budgets
• Provide budget support to Clinical Operations trial teams
• Use FMV tools to establish budget estimates
• Manage CRO negotiations for site budgets and contracts
• Monitor key performance indicators for project timelines
Requirements:
• Over 5 years’ experience in global investigator site budgeting
• Strong familiarity with GrantsManager and financial analysis
• Effective collaboration with CRO and internal teams
• Experience in outsourced model management
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
