  • Monitor the impact of institutional pricing and contracting decisions on government price reporting metrics, compliance obligations, and pricing governance requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of government pricing reports, audit support materials, documentation, and compliance-related submissions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, controls, and risk mitigation across government pricing and reporting processes.

Institutional Demand Optimization

  • Partner with Commercial Operations, Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to align pricing and contracting strategies with demand generation and customer engagement efforts.
  • Lead launch readiness, seasonal planning, and public health campaign execution for respiratory vaccine programs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize ordering behavior, inventory management, and institutional account performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary commercial partner to align institutional pricing and access strategies with broader portfolio and enterprise objectives.
  • Act as Moderna's institutional pricing subject matter expert, providing guidance on pricing governance, access strategy, and policy recommendations across the respiratory vaccine portfolio.
  • Partner with Finance, Contracting, Legal, Compliance, Government Affairs, and Commercial Operations to evaluate pricing scenarios, structure agreements, and optimize institutional channel performance.
  • Coordinate with Market Access, Forecasting, Supply Chain, Medical, and Marketing teams to align pricing, access, and customer engagement strategies.
