As a Line Cook, you'll be an integral part of our kitchen team, creating delectable dishes that showcase the rich flavors of the South. From sizzling skillets to soulful comfort food, you'll bring our menu to life with your culinary expertise. Responsibilities
  • Preparing and executing a wide range of Southern-inspired dishes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation
  • Practicing proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Adhering to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members and promoting a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
  • Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays
  • Stand and move for the duration of shift.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
  • Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
