We are on the lookout for vibrant and devoted individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will ignite the dining experience with your infectious energy, creating a captivating atmosphere where every moment is filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Join us on this exhilarating journey as we redefine Southern hospitality and embark on a culinary adventure like no other.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Provide menu recommendations and guide guests through their dining experience
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen for preparation
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Experience as a server in a fine dining experience.
  • A great attitude and work ethic.
  • Must be 21 or older to handle alcoholic beverages.
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods during shifts.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 25-35 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, plates, and service tools safely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Tolerance for exposure to heat, noise, and crowded spaces.
  • Ability to navigate dining areas quickly and safely.
  • Strong balance and coordination while carrying food and beverages.
