Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, tailoring techniques to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Facilitate ongoing support by collaborating with clients to establish and evaluate therapeutic goals, ensuring a client-centered approach throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and updating treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular consultation with fellow therapists to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our approach is holistic, recognizing each client's unique story and providing personalized support that fosters resilience and healing.

Qualifications

• A current and valid professional license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients via teletherapy.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding for clients' experiences, creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage therapy appointments, client documentation, and communication efficiently in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing therapy, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to manage client information and documentation.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists joining our team.
