Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating clinical diagnoses that guide individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide high-quality individual, couple, family, and group therapy appropriate for a variety of mental health conditions.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute psychological distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and a cohesive treatment approach.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, effectively communicating treatment options and community resources while advocating for their needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance your skills and remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Your role will focus on understanding each client’s unique experiences, tailoring therapy to their specific needs, whether they are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues. Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing counseling services.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
