Work Environment

This remote position allows for flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule while being part of a supportive and tight-knit team. Our therapy sessions will primarily be conducted via telehealth platforms, giving you the ability to connect with clients in a comfortable and accessible manner. Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client sessions weekly, incorporating a combination of individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Document session notes meticulously according to company guidelines, including treatment plan updates and case notes that track client progress.
• Engage in team discussions to share insights and strategies, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients and addressing community mental health gaps.
• Utilize innovative interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote client engagement and empower them to achieve and surpass their mental health objectives.
• Coordinate care with various stakeholders, including case managers, families, and educators, to provide holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, comprising children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will work closely with individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. This varied population requires an adaptable approach, and we welcome therapists who have experience working with different demographics to join our efforts in delivering effective mental health care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or equivalent) is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively articulate treatment plans and collaborate with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to establish professional boundaries and maintain a respectful therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Comfort and competence in working within a culturally diverse setting.
• The ability to pass a background check is mandatory for all applicants.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in family therapy and a working knowledge of community resources will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in managing mental health documentation and familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Previous experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of fee collection processes at the time of service is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, which includes:
