Bar Rotunda, will serve as an all-day cafe and wine bar, with coffees, pastries, small plates, wine and cocktails offered at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Canopied by The Rotunda, Book Tower's marble arched atrium and 100-year-old Kamper-glass skylight, the design and service are inspired by the grand cafes and venerable hotel bars of early twentieth-century Paris.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook at Le Supreme, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Execute and prepare dishes according to established recipes, presentation standards, and specific chef instructions, consistently delivering high-quality and visually appealing plates
• Expertly handle and cook a variety of ingredients, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes, ensuring the flavors and textures are harmoniously balanced
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, equipment, and tools
• Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate and time food preparation for smooth service during busy periods, ensuring orders are executed accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and control food costs while maintaining consistent plate presentations
• Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure the highest standards are met
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, temperature control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and culinary developments, constantly seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
• Follow standard operating procedures and kitchen guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
